If you have had enough from FareShare, the best thing to do is to unsubscribe. To end your contract and stop receiving donations from FareShare, you will use the same details you used when signing up with them.

Head to the company’s homepage and collect their email address or phone number. Draft an email stating that you would like to discontinue the contract and stop receiving food donations from them. You should do this based on the terms and conditions of the agreement that you had signed.

Required documents

FareShare only deals with charities and community groups, but not individuals. To sign up and get their services, you must operate as a manager or someone responsible for a given charity or community group.

To start receiving food donations, you will key in the details of the group, such as the name, number of beneficiaries, location, etc. Remember, since this is a non-profit organization, when you set up a subscription, you will be required to pay a certain fee.
