Canceling your Asana subscription is as easy as 1, 2, 3. To get started, you’ll need to log into the Asana admin console. Logging in calls for you to have access to:

How to Unsubscribe
There’s only one way to cancel a paid Asana subscription by logging in to the Asana account.
Canceling/Unsubscribing Using the Admin Console
If you no longer want to use Asana services, you should log into your account, click the profile photo, and select the Admin Console.
You’ll need to scroll down to the Billing tab from the console and click on ‘Cancel Plan.’ When canceling, you have three options to choose from, depending on what you want to do:
- Downgrade a shared company Organization
- Downgrade a shared team in the Company’s Organization
- Downgrade shared Workspaces
