To terminate an EE contract, one can call 150 or upload a cancellation request online. Regardless of the cancellation mechanism in use, termination attracts an early exit charge.

To terminate a contract and swap providers, one needs to request EE to send a PAC to the new provider at the end of the plan. If the customer does nothing, they will be transferred to a 30-day rolling contract and charged the same as if the contract were still ongoing. Alternatively, one can upgrade or switch to a SIM-only tariff.
