By texting INFO to 85075, existing customers can determine the early termination fee related to their contractual agreement. Regardless of the cancellation mechanism in use, termination attracts an early exit charge.
To terminate a contract and swap providers, one needs to request EE to send a PAC to the new provider at the end of the plan. If the customer does nothing, they will be transferred to a 30-day rolling contract and charged the same as if the contract were still ongoing. Alternatively, one can upgrade or switch to a SIM-only tariff.
