How to Cancel Acorn TV

Acorn TV subscription can be cancelled in several ways and at any time. Please note that it cannot be cancelled via mobile on the Android or iOS apps. Also, note that deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Suppose membership was created via the website using a credit card. In that case, it is mandatory to cancel using a web browser on a tablet or computer or mobile web on a smartphone.

At the top right side of the website, click on the My Acorn TV icon, then Manage Account, and click on Cancel Membership (indicated on the screen’s left side). Confirm contract termination by clicking on the Cancel Acorn TV icon.

Signing up using the devices, e.g., Roku, iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon, requires cancellation through the same device. Login and follow the instructions.

Membership acquired using a cable provider such as Spectrum, TELLUS, Comcast, or Cox must be cancelled through the same platform by signing into the respective provider.

Any third-party memberships cannot be cancelled directly from the Acorn TV website. You cannot terminate membership via email, phone call, or in person.
