How to Unsubscribe from 24 Hour Fitness

Either 24 Hour Fitness or the customer can terminate the gym membership. The following are reasons that can propel 24 Hour Fitness to freeze gym membership:

  • If you cannot gain control over your body, 24 Hour Fitness can freeze the membership between 3 – 6 months.
  • If you enlist in the US Army, 24 Hour Fitness will freeze your membership. However, you can return anytime and continue.

  • Transfer from your current physical location.

During the freeze time, 24 Hour Fitness will not charge for the service. It will automatically resume when you come back to training.

However, if you want to cancel your subscription, follow the following guidelines:

  • Contact customer care by filling in the messaging system on the platform.
  • Request for the removal of your name from the gym’s roll.
  • Log in to your portal and deactivate your debit card.
  • 24 Hour Fitness will expunge your name and details from their database.
